Deposit on this unit is $500+ depending on rental and credit history.

We also have a non-refundable admin fee of $100.

We allow pets up to 25lbs. There is a pet deposit of $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
