With this 1 bedroom, 1 bath, it is on the second floor, rent is $1255 plus an additional $60 for water/sewer/garbage. We offer a 12-month lease option for our new move-ins.

Deposit on this unit is $500+ depending on rental and credit history. We also have a non-refundable admin fee of $100. We allow pets up to 25lbs. There is a pet deposit of $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
**We allow service animals as well, as long as you can provide proof of the animal being a service/companion animal**.
